Sender ID rules
- Up to 11 characters
- Only A–Z, a–z, 0–9 and spaces
- No special characters (- ! @ . and so on)
- The name must match your organisation's name

- An application on your letterhead — with seal and signature
- A copy of your trade licence
- A copy of the applicant's NID (both sides)

Can I have more than one sender ID?
Yes. Each sender ID needs its own application and a one-time ৳500 masking fee.
What if my application is rejected?
We will tell you why and help you fix the name or documents and apply again.
Can I send SMS before approval?
Yes — you can start right away with non-masking SMS.
