- Registration details: name, mobile number, email, company name, address and gender.
- Verification documents: a scan of your NID, your trade licence and masking applications.
- SMS data: the numbers you send to, the message text and delivery reports.
- Payment data: top-up amounts, dates and transaction numbers.
- Website usage: pages viewed and browser and device type (through analytics).
3. Why we use it
- To verify your identity and open your account.
- To send your SMS and provide delivery reports.
- To contact you about support, setup and billing.
- To prevent spam and misuse.
- To comply with the law and BTRC directions.
4. Who we share it with
The information needed to deliver your SMS goes to a BTRC-enlisted A2P aggregator and the mobile operators. For masking approval, your documents are sent to them. We may have to share information with authorities when the law requires it.
We do not sell your information, and we never hand out number lists for marketing.
5. How we store your NID and documents
Verification documents are kept on a secure server that only authorised staff can access. They are not stored in email, and they are used only to verify your account and for masking applications.
6. How long we keep it
For as long as your account is active, and for as long as the law requires — [retention period]. After that, the information is deleted.
