What is bulk SMS?
A service for sending SMS to many customers at once — for promotions, notifications, OTP or reminders.
What is the difference between masking and non-masking SMS?
Masking SMS arrives from your organisation's name (up to 11 characters), so it earns more trust. Non-masking arrives from a number and is the cost-effective choice for OTP and notifications.
Which operators do you deliver to?
Every operator in Bangladesh — Grameenphone, Robi/Airtel, Banglalink and Teletalk.

Account and registration
How do I open an account?
Fill in the registration form. We verify your details and usually send your login details to your mobile by SMS within 1–3 working days.
Which documents do I need to register?
A scan of your NID (both sides). If you want masking SMS, you also need your trade licence.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New accounts get 50 free SMS so you can test the service.
How do I add money later?
Log in to the panel and top up any amount 24/7 with bKash or Nagad, or by bank transfer.
Pricing and payment
How much does bulk SMS cost?
Non-masking costs ৳0.35 down to ৳0.28 and masking ৳0.55 down to ৳0.48 — the more you buy, the lower the rate. Voice calls cost ৳1.00 down to ৳0.80 per minute.
What is the MNP charge?
Some people switch operators but keep their number. The MNP charge, applied once per number, makes sure your SMS still reaches them. It is included in non-masking prices and added separately for masking.
How many SMS does a long message use?
One SMS holds 70 Bangla or 160 English characters. Longer messages are split into parts of 67 Bangla or 153 English characters, and each part counts as one SMS.
How long is the credit valid?
6 to 36 months, depending on the package.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. You only pay for the SMS you buy.
Can I get a custom rate for large volumes?
Yes — contact us for a custom rate above 100,000 SMS or for regular monthly orders.
Masking SMS
How long does masking approval take?
Usually 1–3 working days.
What can a sender ID contain?
Up to 11 characters — English letters, numbers and spaces. No special characters, and the name must match your organisation.
Which documents do I need for masking?
An application on your letterhead (with seal and signature), your trade licence and the applicant's NID. We help fill in the form for free.
How much is the masking fee?
A one-time ৳500 for each new sender ID. The minimum purchase is 5,500 SMS.

Can I connect it to my website or software?
Yes. There is an HTTP API plus plugins for WordPress, WooCommerce and WHMCS. The 30-minute setup call is free, and Virtuanic's team can do the full integration for you.
Which programming languages have code samples?
Ready code for PHP, Laravel, Node.js, Python and cURL is on the developer page.
Where do I get my API key?
Once your account is live, log in to the panel and copy it from API settings.
How fast does an OTP arrive?
SMS sent through the API usually arrive within a few seconds.
Rules and policies
Can I send promotional SMS in English?
Promotional SMS to consumers is expected to be in Bangla. OTP and transactional messages can be sent in English. We write compliant Bangla templates for you.
Do you provide lists of mobile numbers?
No. We do not sell number lists. Only send to your own customers or people who have given permission.
What happens if someone sends spam?
Breaking the usage rules can lead to the account being suspended or closed. See the Terms and Acceptable Use policy.
How is my information and NID stored?
It is used only for verification and kept on a secure server with limited access. See the Privacy Policy for details.
